Welcome to Riverglen Holiday Home. By booking and staying at our property, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all our guests.

1. Booking & Payments

  • A confirmed booking is only valid after the full or partial payment is received.

  • Guests are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process.

2. Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 12:00 PM

  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be considered subject to availability and additional charges.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to check-in will incur a 5% cancellation fee. The remaining amount will be refunded within 7 working days.

  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or for no-shows.

4. Property Rules

  • All guests must follow the rules and regulations displayed at the property during their stay.

  • Loud music, disruptive behavior, or damage to property will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.

  • Smoking is allowed inside and outside the property. Guests are requested to dispose of cigarette waste responsibly.

  • Pets are welcome but must be kept under control at all times.

5. Liability

  • Riverglen Holiday Home is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused by them to the property or its contents.

6. Safety & Conduct

  • Children must be supervised at all times, especially near outdoor areas.

  • The use of any hazardous items, illegal substances, or actions that endanger others is strictly prohibited.

  • Please respect the peace and privacy of other guests.

7. Right to Refuse Service

  • The management reserves the right to cancel bookings or refuse accommodation to guests violating terms, causing disturbances, or behaving inappropriately.

By proceeding with a booking, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions, including all onsite rules and regulations provided at Riverglen Holiday Home.
