🔁 Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer a simple and fair cancellation policy for all our guests at Riverglen Holiday Home.

✅ Cancellations with Prior Notice

• If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time (12:00 PM):
• A 5% cancellation charge will be applicable.
• The remaining amount will be refunded within 7 working days.

❌ Last-Minute Cancellations / No-Shows

• No refund will be provided if cancellation is made less than 24 hours before check-in, or without any prior intimation.

🕛 Check-In Time

• Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM.
